This month’s free coloring page is this vintage hot air balloon design. There are plenty of details to get your nibs into as you work your way around the page.

August Coloring Challenge – Our Favorites Revealed!
Our free tiger coloring page inspired a lot of you to enter our competition this month. As usual we showcase a few of our favorites, followed by our pick of the tiger pack below!
Dark and Brooding
The colors for the fur, in this piece from Rhonda Leann Vallejo-Cole give our tiger a real sense of strength.
The darker browns of the fur contrast well against that golden muzzle to give tis beast a real sense of dimension.
Fur on Fire!
This entry from Tiffany Kleinsteuber has some great touches. We especially like the reds and yellows in the fur that conjure up thoughts of a fiery rage from this roaring animal!
The brilliant blue eyes and subtle use of the blue on the outline of the darker stripes really lifts the design from the page.
Yolandi Rozina shared a mixed media tiger with us on Facebook. There is a combination of glitter, pencil and acrylic paint in this piece which avoids using traditional tiger colors in favour of a more fantasy color pallet.
The bright blue muzzle really attracts the eye and works well against the dark blues and reds in this piece.
Bold and Bright
Marilyn Cusson shared a glittery gel pen tiger with us on facebook. The bold oranges and gold produce a striking animal and those blocked black stripes add contrast to the page.
The colors for the inside of the mouth are lovely, I need to find those colors for my pen set!
Hear Me Roar!
Our winner this month is this majestical tiger from Debbie Yip. This tiger looks both powerful and beautiful thanks to the soft coloring of the fur and the fierce green eyes.
We really love the coloring in this picture, the blending is lovely and subtle and the pastel background really compliments the oranges and reds of the tiger. Great coloring Debbie!
We had many more entries on Facebook and Instagram, so thank you to everyone who downloaded, colored and shared their page! If you didn’t share, then don’t be shy we love seeing your work! Whether you are a beginner, or blending like a pro, share your work and let your coloring grow!
